1. Overview and Applicability

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all cancellation requests and refund evaluations for advertising campaign structure consulting and video content visual recommendations provided via www.adclipflow.com (operated under the commercial brand name adclipflow, based in Germany).

Due to the bespoke and customized nature of our project-based consulting and visual recommendation deliverables, our refund rules are structured in compliance with German statutory law (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB) and European Union consumer protection directives regarding tailored commercial services.

2. Project Cancellation Rules & Milestone Refunds

adclipflow operates on a staged milestone delivery model consisting of an initial project deposit and a final balance settlement upon deliverable completion. Cancellation terms apply as follows:

  • Cancellation Before Project Commencement: Clients may request project cancellation within 24 hours of remitting the initial deposit, provided that project assessment and structural preparation work have not yet commenced. Approved cancellations within this window are eligible for a refund of the initial deposit, subject to a deduction for administrative processing costs.
  • Cancellation After Project Commencement: Once work on the agreed visual recommendations and campaign layouts has officially commenced following deposit receipt, initial deposit payments become non-refundable to cover operational costs, direct staff allocation, and preliminary structural work already performed.
  • Final Deliverables & Balance Settlements: Upon presentation of project draft previews and receipt of the final balance settlement payment, full final project visual recommendations are delivered electronically. Following final delivery, balance payments are non-refundable.

3. European Statutory Right of Withdrawal Notice

In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU as incorporated into German law (BGB § 356), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to services that are fully performed or customized to specific client specifications once performance has begun with the client’s explicit prior consent and acknowledgement that they waive their right of withdrawal upon service execution.

By issuing an initial deposit and requesting immediate commencement of project assessment and visual creation, the client explicitly requests adclipflow to begin service delivery prior to the expiration of standard legal withdrawal windows.

4. Refund Processing Timeframes and Execution

Where a cancellation or partial refund is formally approved by adclipflow, the following standard timeframes apply:

  • Inquiry Review: Refund requests submitted via official communication channels are acknowledged and reviewed within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Processing Execution: Once approved, refund payments are initiated promptly and credited to the original payment method utilized during the initial transaction within 5 to 10 business days, depending on standard banking processing intervals.
